What working with us actually looks like.

Six simple steps. No surprises, no upsells, no calling a 1-800 number to reach your case manager.

Step 1

Free 20-minute discovery call

You describe your situation, we ask the questions that actually matter, and we tell you honestly whether you need us, need a lawyer, or can handle it yourself.

Step 2

Written quote & engagement letter

If we're a fit, you get a one-page engagement letter that spells out scope, flat fee, USCIS filing fees, and expected timeline. Sign it digitally — no notary required.

Step 3

Document checklist & secure upload

We send a personalized checklist through our encrypted client portal. Upload from your phone; we'll flag missing or expired items within one business day.

Step 4

Drafting & internal review

Your case manager prepares the forms and cover letter. A second team member reviews every page for consistency and RFE triggers before you ever see it.

Step 5

Your review & signature

We walk you through the packet on a video call (or in person at our Monroe Street office). Once you're happy, you sign and we coordinate mailing.

Step 6

Ongoing tracking & renewal reminders

We monitor your USCIS receipt, respond to RFEs (one round included), and ping you 6 months before any renewal deadline — even years after your case closes.

Realistic Timelines

How long things actually take in 2026

I-130 (spouse, US citizen)

12–18 months typical end-to-end. Our prep adds 2–3 weeks.

N-400 Naturalization

8–14 months from filing to oath ceremony in most TSC jurisdictions.

H-1B Transfer

2–4 months standard, or 15 days with premium processing.

I-485 Adjustment

8–16 months depending on category and field office workload.

I-90 Green Card Renewal

4–10 months; we file 6 months ahead of expiration when possible.

F-1 Change of Status

3–6 months in-country. Consular F-1 is typically faster.

Timelines reflect recent USCIS averages and our own caseload data. They are estimates, not guarantees.
