OneStep Visas LLC (“OneStep Visas”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us — for example, when you complete our contact form, request a consultation, or send us documents in connection with a visa case. This may include:
We process your data based on (a) your consent, (b) the performance of our services contract with you, (c) our legitimate business interests in operating and securing our website, and (d) compliance with applicable U.S. and international law.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with: (i) U.S. government agencies and consulates to which we are filing on your behalf; (ii) trusted service providers (secure document hosting, payment processing, email delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations; (iii) when required by law, subpoena or court order.
Documents you upload to our portal are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to your assigned case team. While no system is perfectly secure, we use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
We retain client files for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, generally seven (7) years after case closure, after which they are securely destroyed. Inquiry data from contact forms is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless you request earlier deletion.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@onestepvisas.com.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your preferences.

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you submit may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
